What we collect

Account data: your name, business name, email address, website, and the business details you provide during onboarding (product, ideal customer profile, deal size, best customers).
Usage data: lead accept/reject decisions, rejection reasons, feedback answers, and workspace activity. This data trains the AI engine that works for your account.
Prospect data: business contact information (names, titles, business email addresses, company details) gathered from public sources and licensed data providers for the purpose of B2B lead generation.
Billing data: invoices, payment status, and subscription tier. Card and bank details are processed by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

To curate, score, and deliver leads to you, and (on Scale) to draft and send outreach on your behalf with your approval.
To train the per-account learning engine. Your feedback data improves YOUR results; we never sell it or share raw client data with other clients.
Aggregated, anonymized patterns (e.g. industry-level acceptance trends) may inform platform-wide improvements. These never contain identifiable client or prospect data.
To send transactional emails (lead batches, approvals, invoices). Every prospect-facing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

If we have contacted you as a prospect on behalf of a client: we processed your business contact data on the basis of legitimate interest in B2B communication.
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing adds you to a permanent suppression list — you will not be contacted again by that sender or, on request, by any sender on the platform.
You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing rahul@aletheiaai.in. We respond within 30 days.

Data is stored with Convex (database) and Vercel (hosting). Access tokens are 256-bit, expiring, and validated server-side on every request.
AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts may include your business details and prospect data; Anthropic does not train on API data.
Email delivery uses Resend. Payments use Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

Client data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
Suppression list entries are retained permanently — that is their purpose.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
